About the Blog

The basic principle behind this blog is to keep people in touch with what is going on in the music industry and audio technology. It’s an attempt to educate the general public on the state of music and audio today. The fact of the matter is, music has been in a downward spiral for a handful of years now and we aren’t really seeing any efforts to recover it from the industries major players. As you may or may not know, there is a lot more behind this problem than bad music. I’m not here to whine about major labels or mainstream music because that’s not what this blog is about. I see way to much of that going on and frankly it doesn’t help. Complaining about the result doesn’t solve the problem. Like everything else you need to make changes at the source and the rest will fall into place. Sure, I’ll be putting in my two cents, it’s my blog, I can do what I want, but primarily I’m just here to provide the information. I’ll let you draw your own opinion from it.

I will try my best to keep the blogs on subject but I do have the tendency to wander. I can thank good old A.D.D. for that. But here are the topics I will try to focus on:
